Today was busy, but when I got home and got the kids to bed (think after 9pm - late for a tired mom) I grabbed my camera, my lens and took a look at the progress of the Amaryllis. The red bloom is the same one from yesterday - she is unfolding and coming into her own, her partner is a couple days behind, but nudging her encouragingly.
Rachel this is just stunning! I am looking forward to seeing it unfold throughout the month. I love the iridescent in the color.
