This is our 3rd year of doing daily art each day in February.
Oaks (an oak, right?) have such personality. I find that its hard to capture their majesty. You did a good job of finding a part and making it tell a story of the tree. I love the black and white. I hope that makes sense. ;-)
Welcoming or ominous ~ I'm not sure, but I certainly do like this tree with its branches reaching out.
