Just do it!

Day two: did I do anything creative yesterday? Does singing in the shower count? Let's see, I did some Queen, Patsy Cline, and I don't remember what else. I wanted to work on the painting for my daughter, but there were soo many things to do: drs. appointment, driving, cooking, correcting homework, signing papers, trip to Target. By the end of the day, I was pooped. So, I'll post something I have done in the past.

This is my first art journal page. I did it maybe 6 weeks ago. I used a moleskine journal, some scraps of paper I had saved for collaging, some paint, rubber stamps, and wrote over it with a white gel pen. I have been fascinated with art journaling for so long and finally got around to doing it.  That is what I'm trying to do these past couple of years: quit putting my creativity on the backburner and get some momentum on trying my hand at whatever interests me. It was fun and I look forward to doing it again and again!
